Debt Reduction Lawsuit is Useless

Debt reduction lawsuit is useless and you will learn it from this article. On March 22, 2006, President George W. Bush was sued. There is a group called Public Citizen that has two lawsuits against the president because he passed the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005. It seemed that there were several typos on the bill that the president signed so it means he passed an act that was not approved by the Congress.

At the first instance, this debt reduction lawsuit looks like a group of people who need some kind of part time jobs. In reality, the national debt reduction lawsuits want to show some flaws in the Deficit Reduction Act.

The national debt or deficit is the debt that the American government owes to various banks and governments of other countries. These banks obviously are no fools because they charge a high interest rate that may make your credit card company feels jealous. Perhaps you will surprise, but currently the United States has around nine trillion dollars of debt.

The Deficit Reduction Act wants to reduce this figure by increasing the interest rate of student loans and raising the cost of Medicaid. In the end, the debt reduction lawsuits come to nothing and the Act became law. Therefore, if you use Medicaid or have a kid in college, you will experience the problem.

I want to tell you this story of American legal history because it actually mirrors the debt problems of an average American. Many people see that American government can get away with trillion of dollars in debt while they need to hassle to pay their own debt. The problem is your debt can be repossessed while the country of America cannot. It is the same with debt reduction lawsuits. They can be threatened, but they rarely come to court.

Every individual in America should consider debt reduction, lawsuit inspired or not, as a personal issue because becoming debt free is a self-empowering experience. You should not wait for the government to get out of debt because they have no priority to do it. On the other hand, you have a priority to stand on your own and be the best person you can be. Debt reduction, lawsuits, and other financial matters will help you to take control of your own life. When you reduce your debt and manage your money, you can learn to have better habits in your life and then perhaps you can teach the government as well.
